Approved Services page

This page lets the Technician see a complete picture of the services for the vehicle plus track their completion.

Refer to Tracking services work for instructions on using this page.

1. Approved services - Concerns, Factory Scheduled Maintenance and Recommended Services from the write-up plus Recommendations approved by the Service Advisor.

2. Parts information for a service, if any - click to hide/show the parts lines.
3. Total charges for the services.
   
4. "Done" icon - for the Technician to mark an individual service as completed.
5. "Mark All Done" (if enabled for your dealership) - marks all services as 'done'.
6. "Save" - saves the work at any point. Always "Save" once all services are marked 'done'.
7. "Ready for Processing" - enabled when the inspection has been confirmed by the Service Advisor and all lines have been marked done. Click to change the inspection status to 'Ready for Processing'.
